Non-perc separator water disposal
RANDOLPH, NJ — Tatch Technical Services has introduced the VOS-II, a separator water disposal system designed specifically for non-perc drycleaning machines.
The VOS-II separates free solvent (recycle in still) and then evaporates the remaining water. With an evaporation rate of 12 to 25 gallons per hour, the VOS-II can handle multiple machines and eliminate separator water in a matter of minutes.
The all copper heat exchanger can be cleaned in place with a fresh water blow-down.

Odor-stopping detergent
Injectone.jpg
TULSA, OK — Royaltone Co.’s Injectone Injection Detergent Plus has a fresh scent and odor terminator to neutralize bad odors and give a pleasant smell to all drycleaned garments.
The double strength injection detergent is a deodorizer, anti-static, texturizer sizing, brightener and corrosion inhibitor for drycleaning cloth articles.
The company said Injectone can reduce prespotting, re-runs and harsh scrubbing by removing sweet stains, ring type stains and heavy soil in the drycleaning machine, adding that it will not build up and can prevent costly corrosion of the drycleaning machine while keeping drycleaning fluid clean.
Injectone is compatible with perc, petroleum and DF 2000 drycleaning fluids. It comes in disposable plastic drums.
