The first offering of the class met in February and focused on goal setting and planning, time management and financial management.
In March, MILD hosted the second segment with an emphasis on the internal operations of a plant — aspects such as procedures, equipment, technology, production and diversification.
The third installment was held in April and examined  topics such as wages and incentives, employee retention and environmental issues.
