The system features the new AS-T series compressor with integral refrigerated dryer, condensate drains and filters — all tank mounted to reduce space requirements while providing a quiet, efficient source of clean, dry air.
The AS-T units feature Kaeser’s “split cooling air flow” design that improves cooling and reduces noise levels. All units feature the Sigma Profile airend and deliver flows from 59 to 112 cfm and pressures from 80 to 217 psig. The AS-T models also include a new space-saving cabinet design that provides easy access to service points.

Shirt tagging and sorting
CHESTER, NY — Owners of satellite plants and drop stores who tag shirts in their stores can cut costs and speed up their operations. After unbuttoning the buttons, checking pockets and tagging the shirts in the usual way, they can tie the shirts into “logs” with a color-coded Rope-Tie. The color codes of the Rope-Ties indicate the starch classifications of the tied shirts.
When the shirts reach the main plant, they are loaded into the washers according to the starch classification. This saves space and reduces down-time. After the wash, the Rope-Ties are removed and the shirts, laying collar to collar, are ready for the shirt unit without shake-out.
MBH Enterprises offers Rope-Ties in five colors for control of starch (no, light, medium, heavy, and extra heavy), rush, store, or any other needed classification.
Tying shirts into “logs” keeps sleeves from tangling, which makes it easy to unload the washer. It also directs the increased mechanical action to the collars and cuffs to get a cleaner shirt without scrubbing, and eliminates the need for nets.
The MBH Rope-Tie System features a no-slip stainless steel spring lock device on a long-lasting nylon rope to keep the shirts securely tied, yet easily opened after washing. A simple instruction sheet showing the use, storage and attachment method for Rope-Ties is included with each order shipped.
