Though customers are the lifeline of every business, there are times when dealing with difficult ones doesn’t seem worth the hassle. However, just as a plant owner can go to school to improve his or her cleaning skills, so, too, can they work to make their people skills better, and thus, handle difficult customers a little bit easier.
The National Seminars Group will be holding several upcoming programs on the subject in the coming months in the Lone Star state.
The company, which annually provides over 7,000 seminars and conferences in the United States and Canada, has been around for over 20 years, helping more than 10 million professionals become more knowledgeable in their chosen field.

Both programs will emphasize how to effectively respond to all types of difficult customers through the use of proactive service techniques.
Those who attend will be able to recognize and respond in the right manner to the different behavior patterns and situations of the customer.
Each program will begin with registration at 8:30 a.m. and will run from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. The cost is $169 per person.
