Three speakers confirmed for TCATA
conference in May
TCATA has rounded up an interesting trio of
speakers for its annual convention at the Hyatt Regency Coconut
Point Resort in Bonita Springs, FL.
The event will be held from May 3-6 later
this year.
Topping the list is international
executive trainer, author and clinical psychologist Joseph L.
Mancusi, Ph.D., who will speak from 8 a.m. until noon on
Sunday, May 6.
Dr. Mancusi, an inspirational speakers,
is a seven-time “top speaker” winner at the Society
for Human Resources Management National Conventions and has
spoken at the White House six times.
He believes that a person’s IQ
(Intelligence Quotient) accounts for 20 percent of their
success, while the other 80 percent comes from a person’s
EQ, or Emotional Quotient.
Those who attend TCATA’s conference
will learn the dimensions of Emotional Intelligence and how to
make changes to increase it.
Attendees will also learn their strengths
and weaknesses in the areas of their own EQ and how to read the
EQ of others.
Dr. Mancusi will outline some practical
tools and tips that cleaners can use to immediately improve
their leadership, communication and time management skills.
He guarantees that, if you follow the
advice he gives his clients, you will save 25 percent of the
time you and your employees spend in meetings.
Also speaking for TCATA will be Bob Gray
of Memory Edge Corp., who will reveal to attendees their
untapped memory potential.
He will take the stage at 4 p.m on
Thursday, May 4 for a two-hour presentation.
Have you ever forgotten a key point in
the middle of an important presentation, or have you struggled
to recall the names of a group of people you have just met?
When such common memory lapses occurs, it
can lead to a frustrating and embarrassing lack of credibility;
yet, conversely, an excellent memory conveys the image of
success and of someone who is in control.
Gray will help empower attendees with
memory tips that have applications in both the business world
and in social situations.
Rounding out the confirmed speakers is
Maribeth Kuzmeski, a marketing consultant who is the author of
three books and a business owner, as well. She is scheduled to
speak from 8 a.m. until noon on Friday, May 5.
Kuzmeski has appeared on TV and radio
stations across the country and has written articles appearing
in hundreds of magazines and newspapers describing her
successful marketing strategies.
Cleaners who want smart marketing ideas
to build their business and strengthen their brand will want to
hear her thoughts on the subject.
Kuzmeski, who is founder of Red Zone
Marketing, will share specific strategies that will lead to
higher profits for your business. The presentation will include
immediate actionable ideas that cleaners can take home and try
themselves.
TCATA will also host its annual golf
tournament during the convention at 8 a.m. on the morning of
Thursday, May 4.
