CHARLOTTE, NC — B&G Lieberman Co. has announced the availability of the Type 22A Polypack automatic garment bagging machine. The new model has a smaller footprint and can be placed against a wall, enabling one person to assemble, bag, and rack up to 250 orders per hour with no fatigue.

The bagger includes a pin feed conveyor and exit slide rail and will accept up to 27-inch wide heat seal poly. The maximum bag length is 59 inches, but taller models can be special ordered.

TAUNTON, MA — The tekMATE is a new chemical dispensing system for a wide range of laundry and textile processing applications.

Using the patented Accuchem design, it can accurately measure and inject a range of concentrated liquid chemicals or dilute stock solutions.

The tekMATE supports up to 12 washers from a single dispensing system, which can be configured to incorporate up to 12 chemicals with automatic backup capability.

Process control is managed through an Omron PLC unit. The signalMATE control provides interface communication requirements between a washer and the tekMATE PLC.

These controls request the delivery of chemistry from the tekMATE based on the individual wash formulation requirements. The signalMATE has a keypad to allow for formula input and actual load weight directly from the washer location.

The dataMATE communication system is a complete data retrieval and report generation system to be used for capturing wash-floor information to optimize management. This Visual Basic software package interfaces with the tekMATE PLC and continuously monitors tekMATE activity.
