National Seminars Groups offers slew of seminars in PA
Plant owners looking to make their cleaning businesses more successful will have a series of opportunities in the coming months from National Seminars Group.
The organization is dedicated to providing convenient continuing education for adult professionals in all industries.
Coming up first is “Basic Supervision” outing that will be held on Nov. 6 at the Four Points Lehigh Valley Airport at 2400 Airport Rd. in Allentown, PA.
The program is a good fit for any manager or supervisor who wants to boost productivity, morale and the quality of their employees’ work.
Topics will include: basic supervisory skills, handling problems and problem employees, effective communication skills and boosting productivity.
The cost is $179 to attend. The program starts at 9 a.m.
Cleaners who wish to learn “How to Motivate, Manage and Lead a Team” will be interested in attending a seminar on the subject on Nov. 8 at the Holiday Inn Greentree at 401 Holiday Dr. in Pittsburgh, PA.
The program will help participants master the art of motivation
and develop strategies to strengthen teams. Attendees will also learn how to confront people problems and overcome obstacles, as well as how to assemble more productive teams the first time.
The session begins at 9 a.m. The cost is $199 per person.
“Strengthening Your People Skills in the Workplace” will be the topic of a seminar planned on the following day at the same location: the Holiday Inn Greentree in Pittsburgh.
The daylong program will emphasize: how to influence others to your way of thinking; how to build rapport with new people; and how to deal confidently with direct conflict, confrontations and disagreement, among other things.
Registration costs $179.
On Dec. 12, National Seminars Group will host a session on “The Basics of Knock-Your-Socks-Off Customer Service” at the Four Points Sheraton at 800 E. Park Dr. in Harrisburg, PA.
Attendees will learn a variety of things, such as: how to master knock-your-socks-off customer service basics; how to make every customer feel like their number one; how to handle difficult customers with confidence; and how to go above and beyond customer expectations.
The program, which runs from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., will cost $169.
