SYLMAR, CA — Fujistar said its Double Pants press is capable of producing more than 100 high quality pants per hour. This modern press features a touch screen computer to adjust the timing for vacuum, buck steam and head steam as well as press time. Also, there are different adjustments for different fabrics, hard press or ultra soft press.

This press has two bucks opposing each other, one for each leg and the pants top fits in between. The bucks are adjustable horizontally for different size pants and separate at the end of the cycle for fast removal of the finished product.

For for ease of operation and high quality there is a positioning screen that holds the pants in place as the head comes down and starts the automatic operation.

These features make it easy to train a novice.
