Protein stain digester
KEARNY, NJ — SoGo “1”, A. L. Wilson’s enzyme-activated digester/stain removing detergent is now available in one-pound jars as well as in larger

containers. The one-pound jars are designed for cleaners looking for a conveniently sized digester that will remove a wide variety of protein stains like heat-set blood and grass, either on the board or in a convenient soak.
The enzymes in SoGo “1” break down protein stains while its detergents flush them away. For localized stains, SoGo “1” is easy to use on the spotting board.
For larger stains it can be used as a soak or in the laundry wheel for bulk stain removal. Since the powdered enzymes in SoGo “1” are encapsulated, the product shouldn’t irritate a user’s nose or throat, and has a virtually unlimited shelf life.
SoGo “1” is safe for use on whites and color-fast colors and on fabrics that can safely be exposed to water and detergent. It has a record of protein stain removal as a component of the SoGo Reclamation System that has long been used in laundries. The new, smaller size container lets drycleaners take advantage of the stain removal properties of SoGo “1”.

Automated phone message delivery
FOOTHILL RANCH, CA — StreetSmart Products has developed Voice touch, a personalized telephone message service that lets drycleaners contact current customers, potential customers and customers who have been dormant with pertinent messages to stimulate their business.
For example, customers can be called by voice touch when they have garments ready to be picked up or to remind them that the route driver will be in their neighborhood on a given day. Voice touch phone messages can also advise customers of special promotions and offer exclusive “phone coupons.”
Cleaners who are clients of Voice touch e-mail their data to the company and the list is converted to a recording format and the recording is made. After the client approves the recorded message the call session is launched. The pre-recorded phone messages of 20 seconds or less can reach hundred of customers in just a few hours.
At the end of the session, a call log and graph analysis are provided to the client, usually within 24 to 48 hours after the first call is made.
The report specifies when each call was made and how it was received — machine-answered, person-answered, no answer, bad phone number, busy, etc.
