Wascomat recognized its top dealers with a sales achievement award and, at the Clean
Show in June, dealers were invited to a breakfast hosted by Neal Milch, CEO of
Wascomat.
Milch detailed his commitment to the Wascomat dealer network and shared Wascomat’s plans for marketing, product development, and dealer support. He also
discussed plans for growing the company and introduced several new key
employees in sales and marketing.
“We are committed to supporting our dealers and continually advancing our already
superior product line and services,
” Milch said. “We want our dealers to know that we are dedicated to helping them grow and
succeed. We are partners
— and Wascomat is making the investments necessary to continue to be the industry
trendsetter and leader.
”
Joining Milch at the dealer breakfast were top executives of Electrolux Laundry
Systems
— Olivier C. Picard, vice president of sales, and Ettore Gregorini,
president/managing director
— who spoke to the dealers and reinforced their commitment to Wascomat and to the
North American market.
During Clean ’07 a number of dealers were helped out in the Wascomat booth: Golden State Laundry Systems, of California; Automated Laundry Systems, of
Florida; Garden State Laundry Systems, of New Jersey; Garment Machinery, of
Massachusetts; Golden Coast Brokers, of California; and Ontario Laundry
Systems.
They all finished in the top 10 for sales and were recognized with Wascomat’s 2006 Sales Achievement award.
Wascomat also has announced the hiring of Dawn Nagle as marketing communications
director. With more than 20 years experience in marketing and corporate
communications, she is based at Wascomat
’s corporate headquarters in New York.
Before joining Wascomat, she served as vice president of corporate
communications for United General Title Insurance Company, a Denver-based
national title underwriter.
She also worked with the Denver Bar Association and Children’s Outreach Project (COP), an early childhood education center for
developmentally delayed children, on a number of community projects and
fundraising events spanning the past ten years.
