Energy efficient washer-extractors
IPSO.jpg
RIPON, WI — IPSO’s new IWF series of washer-extractors is a new energy and water efficient line that includes 14-, 18-, 25-, 30-, 40-, 55- and 75-pound models.
The IWF series boasts up to a 165 G-force extract cycle. This high spin speed removes more water from loads and cuts drying time, thus reducing gas consumption. In addition, an inverter drive lets the machine ramp up to the high speeds, eliminating unnecessary and inefficient current draws.
IPSO’s welded A-frame construction delivers the strength and support to minimize vibrations.
User-friendly control options make it easy to set and adjust wash programs as well as train laundry staff to operate the washer-extractor. The microprocessor control also can yield 40 to 50 percent in water savings versus washer-extractors with electromechanical controls.

Design enhancements for double buck
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL – Sankosha U.S.A., Inc.’s LP-170U double buck shirt press is equipped with a number of design enhancements to reduce cycle times.

Featuring Sankosha’s original steam injection system, the LP-170U provides steam to the entire buck body for reduced processing time and quality. Two nozzles, located at the bottom of the unit, work to apply steam to the complete body width.
To enhance tuck finish quality, the LP-170U has also been designed to include Sankosha ’s patented lower tuck clamp and tensioning function.
Side expanders on the LP-170U have been improved to open early and provide optimal tension, thereby preventing potential wrinkles. These expanders reduce set-up time and improve quality, as operators are no longer required to indicate large or small shirt sizes. The incorporation of a unique “soft tensioning” function further contributes to finish quality.
Also, the inclusion of a more powerful blower motor, double the power of Sankosha ’s previous design, further reduces finishing cycle times.
Sankosha offers a wide range of shirt and garment finishing presses, and bagging machines, all supported by Sankosha ’s customer service and the warranties.
