Irving Weber announces 15% dividend
Irving Weber Associates has announced a dividend increase of 50 percent over last year’s dividend to active participants of the IWA/Great Central Fabricare Industry Workers’ Compensation Safety Group.
“Whereas dividends can never be guaranteed, this 15 percent dividend, which will be paid by mid-May, marks the 57th consecutive dividend to active participants of IWA managed workers’ compensation programs,” said Adam Weber, president of Irving Weber Associates.
Weber added that the dividends, along with the upfront discounts and rate deviations enjoyed by group participants, have produced a substantial savings off the cost of policyholder’s workers’ compensation insurance for the year ending in June 2007.
“Dividends are the result of the diligent application of safe practices, outstanding management and the cooperation of all participating policyholders in the group,” Weber said.
Workers compensation insurance under this program, which is underwritten by Great Central Insurance Company, a member of the Argo Group, is part of an overall package of specialized insurance products that IWA offers to drycleaners, commercial laundries, linen supply, uniform rental and restoration drycleaning operations. These can be accessed through the broker of the policyholder’s choice.
“Our growing list of endorsements — currently 15 of the country’s top associations and franchisee operations — continues to support our purpose and goals of being the premier insurer to fabric care specialists countrywide,” Weber noted.
Irving Weber Associates has offered the fabric care industry specialized insurance programs for 62 years. For more information, contact Keith Camacho at Irving Weber Associates (800) 243-1811.
