Reservations are now being taken at selected New Orleans hotels for Clean ’09 which will visit the Crescent City June 18-21.
Eighteen hotels with a variety of rates are on the list of official hotels. All
are accessible to the French Quarter, the casino, and within 1.5 miles of
Morial Convention Center where the exhibition will be held. Complimentary
shuttle buses will transport attendees between official hotels and the
convention center mornings and afternoons. Shuttle stops will be within a short
walking distance of each hotel.
Headquarters hotels have been designated by each of the show’s sponsoring organizations. The Drycleaning and Laundry Institute will be housed
at the Hotel Monteleone while the Textile Care Allied Trades Association will
be at the Hilton Riverside.
Elsewhere, the Coin Laundry Association will headquarter at the Astor Crowne
Plaza, the Textile Rental Services Associations chose the New Orleans Sheraton,
the Uniform and Textile Service Association selected the New Orleans Marriott
and the Association for Linen Management will be at the Omni Royal Orleans.
In addition to the headquarters hotels, general housing accommodations will be
available at 12 other hotels. These include the Country Inn & Suites, Embassy Suites, Hampton Inn Convention Center, Holiday Inn French
Quarter, Iberville Suites at Ritz-Carlton, International House, Loews,
Residence Inn, The Ritz-Carlton, Royal Sonesta, St. Christopher Best Western,
and the W hotel. Another hotel will be announced in the fall.

To receive Clean ’09 discounts at the other hotels, reservations must be made through the Housing
Bureau on the web site, by phone at (800) 424-5250 or (847) 940-2153, by fax at
(800) 521-6017 or (847) 940-2386, or by mail to Clean ’09 Housing Bureau, c/o Experient, 568 Atrium Drive, Vernon Hills, IL 60061-1731.
When making any reservation, identify the hotel and appropriate sponsor block.
A $150 deposit per room is required to confirm a reservation. The Housing Bureau
accepts checks, money orders, and major credit cards.
Deadline for hotel reservations is May 15 and deposits are not refundable for
cancellations made after May 15. Information about suites is available through
the Housing Bureau.
