The system electronically tracks garments and assembles orders; tagging and
check-in only get done once.
The assembly conveyor features friction drive, making the equipment quiet, and
the tracking system is easy to learn. The system can assemble 2,000 pieces in
eight hours with one person, the company said, and it works with the cleaner’s existing POS system.
Models with a footprint of either 14' x 4'3" or 18' x 4'3" are available and the
system can be expanded to accommodate growth.

prints, silks and sleeping bags. It also eliminates swales on silks, eliminates blotches on down filled items and
reduces wrinkling in all fabrics for faster easier less costly pressing
Detergent Plus contains additives including an odor eliminator, organic
texturizing sizing, brightener, antistatic, conditioner and softener. It can be used in charge systems or in
injection systems.
