Energy-efficient front-load washers
BENTON HARBOR, MI — Maytag Commercial Laundry High Efficiency (HE) Front-Load Washers can cut utility costs up to 60 percent, according to recent lab tests.
The new front-load washer was launched to help coin store, multi-housing and small on-premise locations save on laundry utility costs without compromising cleaning performance. They are the first commercial laundry single-load washers to be Energy Star and CEE Tier III qualified, which helps owners qualify for utility rebates.
The washers offer an enhanced wash cycle through the TurboClean Wash System. The large tub and door opening make loading and unloading easy, while new bellows include a silver ion coating to reduce wear and microbial build-up. With no agitator, the washer holds substantially more laundry, including big and bulky items, such as bedspreads and blankets.
The washers use Maytag Computer Trac controls and use service-friendly Maytag Accu Trac advanced data management and auditing software.
This software compiles specific machine and cycle information into accurate, easy-to-read reports to monitor all aspects of machine activity, from service needs to collection shortages to usage percentage of enhanced vend price cycles.
