Single-buck shirt press
ELK GROVE VILLAGE, IL – Sankosha U.S.A., Inc.’s new LP-580U single-buck shirt press is equipped with a number of design
enhancements to help finish oversized shirts while still having the capability
to do small and medium sizes.
A new steam injection system covers the entire body width and with a new heated
buck body so that processing time is reduced.
A unique cover and pad concept has also been developed. This patent-pending
design helps deliver an improved finish quality. This new feature is also much
easier to install.
Improved side expanders open early to eliminate wrinkles.
To enhance tuck finish quality, the LP-580U also has Sankosha’s patented lower tuck clamp and tensioning function. The tail clamp pad shape
has been re-designed to accommodate larger shirts.
Also, the inclusion of a more powerful blower motor further reduces finishing
cycle times.
Recognized internationally, Sankosha offers a wide range of high quality,
reliable and user-friendly shirt and garment finishing presses, and bagging
machines.
Wetcleaning drying cabinet
Groveport, OH — Staber Industries, Inc.has designed and custom-built a wetcleaning model of its
drying cabinet that specifically address the need for fast, efficient and
convenient drying of garments and apparel that should not or cannot be tumble
dried.
The IDC-2210 can accommodate various garment types including leather, wool,
silks and other articles that are difficult to dry and shouldn’t be tumble dried. Up to 12 coats, suits or full length garments can easily fit
into an IDC using the Airflow hangers.
The multi-purpose racks add versatility to the use and applications of the IDC.
As long as the item fits inside the 28" by 54" by 67" cabinet, it can be dried
gently and efficiently.
The cabinet has heat settings from room temperature to 150 degrees. Air is blown
over and through what is hung in the cabinet for rapid drying. It minimizes
shrinking and dries from the inside and outside at the same time by the use of
a specially designed Staber Industries “Airflow” hanger that moves drying air throughout the garment from the inside.
It dries 100 percent worsted wool suit coats from wringing wet to completely dry
in 18 to 22 minutes and 90 percent relative moisture suit coats in 15 to 18
minutes. The unit has a built-in floor drain to remove water drip off that
allows for drying garments regardless of the residual moisture level remaining
after the wash portion of the laundering process.
The drying cabinet is easy to use and has a flush-mounted, lockable slam latch
that secures the swing-out doors. Powder-coated heavy-duty steel construction
throughout lends to long life and corrosion-resistant use; custom colors are
available.
Staber Industries, Inc.’s industrial drying cabinets, constructed of cold-rolled steel, have been used
in the firefighting industry to dry turnout gear. The company is a family-owned
business that has been in the commercial and residential laundry equipment
manufacturing business since 1976. All products are produced in the company’s Groveport, OH, factory.
