During the Clean Show in New Orleans next month, the Southwest Drycleaners Association will host a luncheon that will feature a keynote address by Wayne Wudyka.
Wudyka is the founder and CEO of bizzie, a cleaning industry franchising concept that integrates mobile technology and personalized locker service.
He will speak for an hour about his bizzie brand and its innovative approach to customer convenience. The luncheon will begin at noon in Room 346 of the New Orleans Morial Convention Center. It is open to all attendees of Clean ’13.
“I have known Wayne for many years and have been impressed by his ability to build successful brands that benefit drycleaners across North America,” noted Michael Nesbit, current SDA president and president of MW Cleaners of Houston. “I look forward to his introduction to bizzie, the latest innovation of our industry, as well as his perspective on customer service. I’m certain our attendees will benefit from the information that he will share,” Nesbit added.
Wudyka is the owner of Huntingdon Cleaners in Michigan and also is a principal of the Certified Restoration Drycleaning Network, which was created in 2001 and has since expanded its restoration cleaning services to  reach 94 percent of the population of the U.S. and Canada.
“I am honored to have the opportunity to speak with such an impressive group of progressive drycleaners,” Wudyka said of the SDA luncheon. “SDA is a leading organization within our industry and an advocate with consumers. I applaud their efforts to promoted education and awareness related to textile care, and I appreciate the invitation to be a part of this SDA event.”
