For purposes of the federal clean-air regulations, your machine is considered a New Machine.
All new machines must be, at least, dry-to-dry refrigerated no-vent models.
If yearly perc purchases are more than 2,100 gallons, you must also install a carbon adsorber to control perc vapors when the machine door is opened. A concentration of 300 parts per million (to an accuracy of plus or minus 75 parts per million) must be measured inside the machine drum.
