The offer you've just read is for Market Survey Purposes Only and cannot yet be honored by our company. However, because we anticipate that Fast Laundry service to people's homes will be possible in the future, we would like to learn how to best tailor it to your needs. Therefore, may we please ask that either you or your spouse -- whoever does the majority of the laundry -- answer the following questions, then return this form in the enclosed postage-paid envelope?
